All consultations are by appointment with our receptionists, and appointments by telephone can be made from: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM on Monday to Friday and from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday. Our full staff is present from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. We ask that procedures requiring the help of the nursing staff be scheduled during these hours. These include baby-checkup, immunization, allergy shots, dressing change and physical examinations (checkup). For appointments Tel. 03-3436-3028

Saturday
Since only half of the staff are present we cannot schedule physical examinations (check-up) on Saturday. However, we are able to accommodate school physical examinations and baby check-ups.

Acutely Ill Patients
A patient who comes with an acute illness or emergency will be seen without an appointment. The patient will be seen by our nurses first, will be assessed and given preferential treatment by the doctor depending on the nature of the emergency. During office hours in case of emergency if our receptionists cannot answer the telephone, please call 03-3432-6134.

Patients Without Appointments
Patients who come without an appointment but do not have an acute illness or emergency will be seen but must be prepared for a longer waiting time.

Physical Examinations
Physical examinations involve besides a thorough physical examination by the physician procedures and testing by nurses, laboratory and X-ray staff. Therefore there are only a limited daily number of time slots, your understanding in case of some waiting time is appreciated.

Company and Insurance Physicals
Please make sure at the time of appointment that all procedures needed can be performed at our facility or whether outside facilities (some laboratory items, mammography, drug testing etc) are involved, as the results may be delayed in such cases.

School Physicals
These examinations are usually needed at the end and beginning of school terms. We endeavor to offer those at times not interfering with school hours in late afternoon or to a limited extent on Saturday mornings.

Laboratory and X-ray Procedures
These are available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday and to 12:30 PM Saturday The X-ray department is closed 1:00 - 2:00 PM.

Special Procedures
When an appointment is requested for a consultation involving a procedure which needs staff other than a physician (e.g. for surgical procedures, X-ray contrast procedures, endoscopy, echography, health check-up) please be sure that the receptionist understands that the consultation will involve this procedure so that she can verify that room and staff are available at this time.

Immunizations
A physician's appointment is needed for immunization of children less than 5 years old, for any single immunization or for the first immunization of a series. The nurses will do the follow-up immunizations without an appointment. See vaccines

Appointments with Consultants
Our specialist consultants cover almost all specialties. The receptionist arranges appointments according to their visiting schedule which may change from time to time. See specialists
