| Medical Emergency A patient who comes with an acute illness or emergency will be seen without an appointment. The patient will be seen by our nurses first, will be assessed and given preferential treatment by the doctor depending on the nature of the emergency. | Contract Service We offer contracts with the Clinic to companies and individuals/families on an annual basis. The service comprises free telephone consultations, free refills for prescriptions and preferential treatment as far as possible. A part of the contract fee is credited to an annual physical examination at the Clinic. |

| Immunizations (for infants and children) The immunizations available at the clinic are the same as those used in Europe and USA. The childhood immunization schedules vary from country to country. We are able to follow a variety of schedules depending on patient preference/nationality. | Handling of Clinical Data To maintain confidentiality the results of health checks, school physicals and other medical certificates are normally sent to the home address. If you wish to have the results sent elsewhere please state this to the physician and the receptionist. Results of clinical tests are only given out by a physician. Patient records are only retained for 5 years after the patient was last seen. Patients may request copies of their files. Copies of adult's records are only given to that person unless prior permission has been obtained. |
| BLS Clinic staff and doctors have recently completed the Basic Life Support Course of the American Heart Association. This is designed to offer emergency care to a patient, adult or child, who is unconscious, not breathing and may not have a pulse and also to a patient who is choking. The course includes use of a automated cardiac defibrillator, which is also available at our Clinic. All participants did well and passed the written and practical exams. |
